Boater Safety Class

The Chemung County Sheriff's Office offers four (4) separate BOATER SAFETY classes each spring. Each class will be limited to fifty (50) attendees. The youngest age a person can attend the class is ten (10) years of age by the date the class is given. There will be NO FEE for these classes. Each class will be held on a Saturday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. The following are the dates and locations of these classes:

05/14/22 – Southport Fire Dept.

06/11/22 – Southport Fire Dept.

Anyone interested in attending any of these classes is asked to contact the Sheriff's Office at 607-737-2987 ext. 74104. You must be pre-registered to attend one of these classes.
